Return and Refund Policy

Family Secrets Candle Company wants you to love your candles, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unopened and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply contact us through our website or give us a call. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund. You can expect the refund to hit your original payment method within a week or so.

Please note that shipping costs aren't refundable unless the return is due to our error.
